Run time

Run time performance tests are performed in the case of a full data assimilation of FES2004 crossover dataset (337 observations), with a 30-membre ensemble for model error variance definition. Tests are run with the parallel mode, using 4 CPUs.

Run memory footprint

Run stability issues

The project is facing numerical issues related to the resolution of the assimilation system resolution. This section highlights tests performed on assimilation system matrix conditionning.
